Guys, just look what Kiru wrote.
If you have Neostrada (main Internet provider in Poland), first two parts of your IP will be always the same. Lemcio's IP starts with 83.11 what I proved on HS site.

There is no physical possibility that he has other ip then 83.11......
Get some knowledge before u judge :)

no1 dropped with his nick... a guy called osda dropped and they compared the ips...
only the last numer of ip changed so they thought its lemico... but if kiru and abdul are right i wasnt him i guess.

i am not sure about only last figure change - it would mean that provider would have only 255 addresses to give... but if it is so - sure that aint prove that he hax and seems more that we really want him to hax...
but this aint true if last 2 numbers are changing for same provider.

In case of this provider, the first part of an IP address is dedicated particularly to the provider. The second part can be treated as an area code. The third and the fourth part is changeable. Therefore, an IP looks like 83.(0-31).xxx.xxx.
e.g.
Lemcio's range is 83.11.0.0 - 83.11.255.255
Do you remember Volion aka Sway's case? His IP's always started with 83.21.
