might track down the poster of the vid or just demo him next time he plays @ clanbase 
also in fastrail you dont need demos as far as i know ;) so if you have ip post it so we manage that it goes to server ban lists fast enough just in case.

I can look for ip in logs (love, cf, vzx, dm and mysia). Probably I might try to manage it from pickup and nq too, so ip isn't problem.

I just wrote on Polish forums about that. I am too lazy to write here something too so I will just translate my words...
I won't write to each of you in here... I rarely take part in "haxxz00rz" cases at forums00f"
First thing is that, YT video with music in background has never been and will neve be a valid proof for me for anything cheat-related, that's why I've got the demo which was video made of. Why? Player who did the video had timer in right upper corner and thanks that we can easily watch whole action not just a cut-scene.

Moving forward, as I know many people will analyse the demo. Those people for others may be "involved in case" or they just want to get rid of that player. It's the reason why someone else will watch it and analyse it. Someone who's not involved into scene (freezerail/noghost etc) but this person's kind of work is to analyse demos etc.
mex has neostrada which gives him dynamic ip address - he's lucky for a while
Defendors, attacers - we will live, we will see what happens next
