hi as u know im after pc format i save my cfg on disc today i installed q3 download point release 1.16n download new noghost copy my cfg on baseq3 okok! run q3 and this is problem

So i copy My cfg change the name to default.cfg run game and i see the same problem dunno what to do ?
@edit - DAMNIT q3 reinstalled and next problem look
