Im understand what you mean Rise! Im sure that i want to be a part of this clan and to be a part of this famaly, im sure in my choise =].
About leaving after joining - i met such cases and i know as it all takes place! At first people are hammered into a trust and then simply throw them. Judging myself im not from such.
My opinion - if you are not sure its not needed even to try somethin.
