i actually think that there are so many "clubs" around because community is not that active anymore so people want to scrim with their friends and / or people who are just familiar and online ready to scrim.... so if some time ago clubs were made and had at least forums then now all those "clubs" more can be called as fun tags.
Moral of the story - PEOPLE GET ACTIVE !!!!
