1st of all - negative feedback is not so pleasant but much more useful - its better when someone says you do this and that wrong so you can become better rather than tell you do all good and you still suck.
2nd - i said many times - i mean no disrespect (maybe except dir as he is asking for it  ) so i know that bad news are not good news but still you have to hear them.
3rd - people need to improve and by sHHHHHHHH and no conflicts there will be information / communication vacuum and sooner or later people will just explode - i am like blow off valve in turbo which lets exceeding pressure of the clan.
4th - if i don't tell anything people will no know where are their mistakes and they will get f2 from me in vote... don't think that this is our ultimate goal - people (maybe even including me) are just lucky that love have so many inactive fulls who vote f1 just because they haven't played with person or just know he was not bad (which does not mean person is good for love automatically). and its not only my opinion. for example even A$D said to me when i posted for love that if you are active and lovers allow you to join you most probably will get in which also happened and during this time we f2 only few ppl and accepted many just with "they will manage to improve in future" but how to improve if you keep silent about mistakes all the time....
p.s. you known me for all my active carrier in q3 i guess and same for others so you should know that i dont care much about what people think of me - its me and thats it.
p.p.s. about hexen and dir - hexen is just too stubborn to talk it over. dir has just critical days (same as girls have each month)

shadow in some case u have right, but in this case i have to agree with gdog.
WHY
for members i dont wanna see some critics in public sections, and gdog u will write it on members section.If u think somebody fails in some way be free to post it in tw and trainings.It can be good.
But as for trials and applicants u can wrote ur opinions and critics here, couse we are accepting new member, and we wanna best things by his side.

U didnt get my post good enough.
Everything is true what gdog write , but just get it that many people dont like that.
Thats why u get in conflict whit players many times.
But sure i agree that people learn on mistakes and that mistakes sometimes need to be written and cleared.
just try to hold yourself

shadow your topic contradicts with itself - in first part you say people dont like my comments. then you say that people need to know their mistakes to improve and stuff. and finally you say to hold myself... then how people will know about their mistakes?
dir - i am full member in this clan and i can tell what i think about T's and other clans. if you dont like the truth (that cf are playing like i described in cf topic) then just hold your breath and dont talk or change the game style.

Omfg, what's the point of these sentences ? U wrote your opinion about CF and other clans in CF's topic, so just don't say it here cuz nobody was talking about that, u were laughing of me (about critical days), so I wanted to shut your mouth about laughing, and in defence of that, u are still writing about what u think about T's and another clans.. Man, I don't care about that, just stfu to my person.
U weren't like now since u are full member. Maybe it's just what u wrote - u are full member now, and confidence yourself growed incredible up, what doesn't make u better..

As always, both are right and both are wrong. Giving constructive critisism is useful, but you need to do it in a polite way. Some people don't want to hear all the time about how bad they are, so you simply ask them if you can tell them some things to help them improve their playing. Myself I literally hate hearing critism in real life at least, and I've always had problems taking critism because I have very high goals in everything I do. So ghostdog, just respect that people are different and ask the one you're critizizing first and i'm sure nobody will be offended. Don't forget that what shadow's saying is critisism to you ;) And shadow, by just being quiet you're not solving the problem, so that can't be the right way to do it.

didnt get what you ment prestige by "ask the one you're critizizing first and i'm sure nobody will be offended"???
i am accepting that people are different but in the same time i accept that in clan there has to be some basic principles all people are complying with.
+ norek for example can tell how many times i said him what to do to improve his teamwork same for deveh and other people i know who dont do "perfect" (to my standards) teamwork... this time was like 3rd at least and i posted it in here so that when poll comes up this is taken into consideration + norek knows about it and tries to improve.
p.s. haven't you really noticed that i have become at least a lil better - if we speak about me taking stuff into consideration.
