Based on what? According to my link, Poland is on place 20 of countries sorted by alcohol consumption per capita, and russia is number 4. I'm assuming if you want to have the best chance possible of getting "drunk all day n all night" would be to go to a country where a lot of alcohol is consumed :), and Poland is clearly not the best one then :)

prestige you seriously beliewe so i drink only 3.2 L ( wine) per year? per month yes life without wine have no sense. i like it much but only good brands :D like Vitosha 19% alko also i like porto tawny.!!! and yea i drink almost every weekend a bottle.
btw i am wonder if this list count ppl from forgotten places in Poland where ppl drink everythink what wos made based on alkochol.
so prest meybe we based on this what we see everyday :D every weekend :)

Well, what I said its based on number of movies in youtube I've seen =D if I see some videos, where the first role belongs to alcohol or drunk ppl, its usually pl or rus ;o and Moldova on first place, south korea leads on spirit? Palau leads on beers? my question is what this rank is based on ;o

Mininoob: I hope you realise these statistics are in general, the numbers are rounded. It's not applicable to individual persons, it's obvious that some people drink more than this and some drink less. That's not what's interesting anyway. Question 2 about "forgotten places": Yes, there is a digit for "recorded" as well as "unrecorded", meaning they are counting with an error margin.
As for last, basing it on what you see yourself every weekend isn't reliable at all, it tells more about yourself than the world. Basically what you're saying is that what you alone see in the weekend in very small areas (compared to the whole world) represents every country. You need to study every each country to be able to make such an observation and comparison. I could say the same about Sweden as you could about Poland based on personal preferences, but that means nothing. And yes I agree that statistics are statistics.
Direct: This means nothing at all when it comes to alcohol consumption per capita, it is again just a personal references, it's an observation made by you alone without any scientific backup. That you often see youtube videos with polaks or russians could have very many reasons, for example the same reason as I often see drunk Swedish people. Youtube is owned by google, and google adapts search results to the user so if you're polish and you're watching a lot of polish videos you will most likely find a lot of polish videos in the search result.
Though, if the fact is so that there's a majority of russians who are drunk on youtube videos, then it is also easily explained. Russia has got about 142 million habitants, compare that to Palau for example who's got roughly 20 000 habitants, of course there will be more videos of Russians than people from Palau. And there could of course be many other reasons for this as well, therefor it's foolish to assume that Russians or polaks are more frequently drunk than others just because you've seen it on youtube. I think you hear how that sounds yourself. The list is based on "WHO", World Health Organization, just look at references at Wikipedia.
