HA, good i found a way to demo without lagging lik a bitch, i kinda have to use xfire, this that alright or would you prefer to demo from quake, if so someone else is gonna have to do it =S

I got a seperate cfg for demo script, I can send u, just press f9 to start recording and f9 again when ur finnished. talk to me on xfire if u want to try it out, shouldn't make u lag ;p.
