Facing a hot girls ass is not too bad :) oh i forgot you're suppose to hold the papers between the ass and hand, and if it falls you lose, i've never done it drunk but it's probably not so easy xD
Also you can hand out some cards for people when they enter the door, and write things which they have to do during the evening, for example holding a speech every 15 min with some random shit etc. Then you can choose if u want to guess what cards people got or not in the end.
