Download this software it'll install q3 pointrelease 1.32 with most popular mods and maps well it's up to U what u wanna install [link widoczny dla zalogowanych]
this program is really simple to use!
1st server 193.42.218.65:27960
mod: CPMA 1.47(proinstaller will download this mod)
this server is set for aw bit if u wanna play freeze tag u can vote /callvote mode ftag. now it'll be freeze ;]
then /callvote instagib 1. now it's instagib freezetag :D
I couldn't find cpma servers set on iFtag only but who cares, vote works fine.
Next, uFreezetag (mod is similar to noghost, well it's even better) I found pro installer can't download this mod so u'll have to do it on ur own ;]

or u can download mine uFreeze.

then paste it to your main game folder (where u installed 1.32)
here u have uFreeze server 91.203.134.74:27960 (fresh 1 :D )
U should try this, it's not so hard to install and it's worth!!
Punk Buster, which is endabled on both servers, don't allow players to cheat!
