Well, in my opinion it's not good date for start this cup.. Dunno about anouther countries, but in Poland students have vacation then, and a lot of ppl work then, or going to go some trip. But it's your choice.
And what about planning matches ? It will looks like on clanbase ? or sth like castus tried with his tournament 4v4 fastrail ?
